Tho Governor-General has beeii ontertained at dinner at the Held Mansion. The guests included Cardinal Farley, Governor'Dis, and Mrs. Dix. Fifty covers were laid. Tho Duko spent the afternoon sightseeing iu : Fifth Avenue, accompanied only by an aide-de-camp.'
