WELSH MARKETS BARE. Py Teleeraph—Press AsscMatUn—Copntohl (R«c. January 22, 9.15 p.m.) London, January 22. The Admiralty has diverted orders for coal from Cardiff to the North of England. Largo Italian State railway contracts have been placed with Yorkshire contractors, thus indicating that the Welsh markets have been swept bare.
