Bell, M.P for Wellington Suburbs, formally laid tlie foundation-stone of the \Vorser Bay Swimming and Life Saving tluli s shod, which is now in the course of erection. In his speech Mr. Bell pointed out sonic of the advantages of swimming and the value of making provision at seaside resorts for life-saving.
