Soak the geletine in tile milk. If sheet gelatine is used, a few minutes' soaking will suflice. Stir over the lire until dissolved. l'our into n basin, anil stir occasionally until nearly cohl and beginning to sot. l'our into a wet mould, and when sot turn out anil serve with stowed fruit. FOR TO-MORHOW. Leg of mutton, capers, carrots, turnips, peaches, lemon juice.
