ANNIVERSARY REGATTA.
. G On Monday next. Anniversary Day, tho Port Nicholson Yacht Clnb will hold its annual regatta. The regatta will be held in front of the Clyde Quay wharf (which tho Harbour Board. has placed at the club's disposal), whence all tho races will start. Besides tho yacht races, there will be swimming events for boys and also diving competitions. A marquee is to be erected on the wharf, and afternoon tea will he provided. The morning events commence at 10 o'clock, and the afternoon events at 2 o'clock. .
