I MASTEETON TWENTY-FIFTH GATHEMNG. Tho schedule for the 25th annual show \ of the Alasterton A. and. I'. Association, which is to he held at-Solway on Fcbrti- | an- 20 and February 21, is to hand. In ; the sheep classes provision is made for \ Lincoln*, English, and Border Leicesters, ( Jiomney Marsh, Southdowns, Shropshire*, r as well as for the fanners' classes, i'reez- [! ers, and fat sheep. The cattle section j. should 1)0 a good one, classes being prou vided for Shorthorns, Herefords, Polled . Angus, Ayrshire, Jersey, and HolsteinFriesian; as well, as dairy and fat cattle. Tho association is catering liborallv for horses, prizes being offered for thoroughbreds, trotters, ponies, hacks, harness, and saddle horses, and draughts. In addition to the above main classes, provision is made for dogs, pigs, dairy produce, homo industries, agricultural produce, field competitions, horticultural, and school ' children's classes. Xot the least important items will be the jumping, trotting, and other competitions. Entries close on February 3. The ram and ewo fair is to bo held on the Solway Grounds on February 22 and February 23, entries closing on February 5.
