(Specially written for Tue Doiiin'loN.l WEDNESDAY. Canclons of mutton, Potatoes. French beans. Pancakes. CANELONS OF MUTTON. Ono and a half pounds finely-chopped mutton, -Jib. of cooKed linin, ono tnijlespoon of chopped parsley, 0110 saltspoon of chopped herb?, Jib. breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, salt, pepper, thyme, grated nutmeg, bay leaf. Mix all together, then bind with the egg; form the mixture into three rolls; having divided the mixture into three equal parts, now wrap each roll into an oiled ov greased paper, anil bake in oven about twenty minutes; when done, remove paper, and dish 011 hot plate, with a rich gravy poured round. FOR. TO-MORROW. Corned beef. Suet. Potatoes Carrots. Turnips. Cabbage.
