9 . (From Our Special Correspondent.) Masierton, January 15. The General Committeo of tho ; Masterton A. and P. Association decided on Saturday to procure a new suite of rooms, as a meeting-place. The building former-. ]y used by the Commercial and Farmers' Club is to be takeu for a period of five years. This will enable a room to bo rot apart for an agricultural library and lecture room. 'The Wairurapa Caledonian Society decided on, Saturday last to provide additional amateur events for its next programme. ... Mr, J. B. Emmott is to act a.i secretary to. the Mnsterton A. and P. Association until after the coining show. • Applications for the position aro then to be called. About, a dozen new members were elected at the meeting of 'tho Mnsterton A. uud I'. Association on Saturday last. Tli» membership now stands at ovor 1100.
