[Specially written for The Dominion.l SATURDAY. Fricandean of veal. Potatoes. Carrots. Turnips. Lemon. Pie. Fruit jelly. SUNDAY. Itoast lamb and mint sauce. Potatoes.' Green peas. Apricot souffle. Stewed fruit and crciuu. SUPPER. Cold 'lamb. Veal cake. Tomato salad. Raspberry croam. Lemon honey tarts. RASPBERRY CREAM. Half-pint cream, half-pint raspberry puree, sugar anil lcinon-juico to taste, loz.. gelatine, a little jelly, carbine. Whip the cream, dissolve the gelatine iu the jelly, mis the ingredients all together* pour into a wet mould, and when set turn out and 6erve.
