Owing to the Stato Government disobeying a judgment of tho Federal Court, Fort Sao Marccllo bombarded and destroyed tho Government building at ]3ahia. (Rec. January 13, 0.40 a.m.) Rio de Janeiro, January 12. The Stato Government refused to act on the Federal Court's writ of habeas corpus in favour of certain opposition deputies. , The bombardment has also destroyed two houses. A Federal warship has boon Bent to Bahia.
