HIGH COMMISSIONER'S CABLE. (By Tekerooli.—Press Association.! Christchurch, January 10. Although New Zealnnd lamb is quoted in the High Commissioner's cablegram this week, representatives of the meat companies here state that tho season's lamb is not yet on the London market. A few score of carcasses were sent Home as Christmas presents, but the first commercial shipments, dispatched by the Corinthic and Pakeha, cannot bo on tho London, market before February 8. The quotations given are, therefore, unreliable.
