I Specially written for The Domsios.l WEDNESDAY. Steak and kidney pio. Potatoes. . Cabbilge. JJaspberry pudding. RASPBERRY PUDDING. ' Six ounces and a half flour, three ounces suet (chopped.!, one breakfastc-upful raspberry jam," half a teasnoonful carbonate of soda, two tabkspooufuls milk, sweet melted butter, sauce. Sift tlio flour into a basin., mix the suet with it, and add the jam. Warm the milk, dissolvo'the soda in it, and stir them to the other ingredients. Put the mixture in a greased basin, cover with greased,paper, and steam for three hours. Turn out the pudding, and serve. with sweet melted, butter sauce. FOR TO-MORROW. Loin of pork, apples, broad beans, lenions, paisley.
