A further reminder is gfven intending purchasers of the saio by public auction of 320 acre's of the well-known Waihuii Estate. The property is situated on the Napier coach road, 15 miles from Wairoa. At Wairoa a start is to bo made at the end of January with the harbour improvement works, the success of which is practically assured, and when completed will greatly enhance the value of property in the Wairoa County.
