Hill, standard dniin. 32scc., actual time,4min. 25 2-ssec. 120 Hurdles.-G. P. Keddell, standard 1G 2-ssec, actual'time first heat 15 4-ssec, linn! 15 2-ssec.- . ... . . Jlile Walk.—H. E. Kerr and W. Hurray broke, standard of 7min. Three Mile Walk.—H. E. Kerr. W. Murray,- D. Cashnian, J.. J. Harley, and W. Ellis all broke standard of 23min. 15sec. The final of tho 100 Yards and both heals of the 120 Yards Hurdles wcro run with the wind. ■ ( Statement of Accounts, A statement of receipts.and expenditure in connection with the Australasian championship meeting showed a credit balance of J!2l2i]sp. on the accounts to hand. The expenditure was .£305 2s. 8(1., the principal items being:— Medals, JESO; handicap trophies, .£SO; advertising and printing, ,£BO 45.; travelling expenses, £il I,'Js. 10d. Manager's "Report. A report was presented by Mr, C. E. Bridge, who managed tho New Zealand team at the championship'meeting, expressing the keenest appreciation of tho behaviour of the men; A hearty vote of thanks was passed to Mr. Bridge for his valuable services. Pugh's Services. It was decided to present a special medal to-Pugh, who ran second in the three-mile championship event, after having been allowed to enter without having sent.in the customary entry form. Tho meeting decided that the president of the association should, hold the shield won bv the New Zealand team at the Australasian Championships. Votes of thanks were passed to all Who assisted in making the recent meeting a success. Special votes of thanks were passed to Mr. Dobson, caretaker of tho Basin Reserve, to Mr. Dunn, secretary of the Wellington Centre, and to Mr. B. Guise. -• ■.

At a special mooting.of tho council last night it was decided that the practice of giving caps and badges to athletes reaching tho etandard in championship events should bo discontinued in New Zealand. ...

Rule 13 was amended as ■ under:—"Any competitor who reaches the standard in any championship event shall be awarded the association's standard certificate. In distances under 440 yards this rule shall apply only to the winner, of either a heat or a final." The mover, Sir. Davies, urged that badges and caps wero riot valued by athletes—they were, in fact, quite out of date.
