SENATORS' CHANGED OPINIONS. By Teleeraph-Press Assoclation-Coryrißh* Washington, January 7. Many Senators formerly opposed to the arbitration treaties in their present form, are now inclined to accept them with Mr. Elihu Roofs amendment, excluding from tho Monroe Doctrine tho question of arbitration in connection with the control of immigration and America's indebtedness.
