Jlomard, Belgium Director of Customs, lias been ■ appointed Prpvisional Troasurcr-Goneral of Persia with a commission consisting of four Persians.' Router reports that tho Russians at Tabriz court-martialled and executed Davafaurush, Chief of the Fidai, a military organisation, also Mohaiuod Khan, a Fidai leader, and tho two joint editors of a revolutionary paper. Davafaurush's house was blown up.
