Above tho shops will be live floors, containing 200 Hats, and 300 bachelor apartments of one room each. Each flat will have its own telephono and its own botii-room. Right at the tup of the building, and covering its entire area, will be a glass-covered roof iiirden with "-kntins rink, children's pinyground, and hiiml.itiind. Tlio (-entro of the Imildiii!! will Ik- occupied by club premie for men and women, with restaurant, Huote-roamt tniting-roam* drawum-room.
