-' . SUCCESSFUL RESULTS. At the first Napier.wool sales, prices exceeded sellers' expectations, in some cases to tho extent of 2d. per.lb. Top price of the sale was reached for 19 bales hnlfbred wool sold on account of the estato of tho lato W. ][,'Small, Fernside, Otune, which realised 113 d. per lb. Kobottom, Otane, fine crossbred, to 10d.; on account of Mr. A. A. Small, Oknliu, Hastings, lino crossbred, to IOJd. These clips were dipped in VVliite's Uip. The maker of this preparation does not claim that tho above successful results wove directly and wholly attributable to tho fact that White's Pip was used on those (locks.
