TO-DAY'S DINNER.
[Specially written for Tue DoJiiSWS.I MONDAY. Fillcis of Beef with Tomatoes. Potatoes. French Beans. Sago Souiflee. Cheese Straws. CHEESE STRAWS. Three ounces grated cheese, !!oz. flour, 2oz. butter, i tcaspmonful baking powder, salt to taste. A little cayenne, Rub the butter into tho flour and then add" all the other ingredient*. Make into a, stiff paste, with a little milk. Roll out. Cut into strips about 3 inches long. Brush over with egg. Bake.in a brisk oven about 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold. FOE TO-MORROW. Loin of Mutton. Veal Forcemeat. Peas. Apricots. Cheese.
