The Consolidated Goldfields' of New Zcalaud, Ltd.'s crushing returns for December for Progress, Wealth of Nations, and Blackwat-cr mines-are:—. .... . Progress: Crushed 2208 tons, yielding 204 oz. 14dwt. bullion, value, £1047 9s. Id.; cyanided 1710 tons, yielding 1730z. 12d\vt. bullion, value £542 10a.; estimated value sulphurcts produced (24 tons), £534; eleven crushing days. Wealth of Nations: Crushed 1606 tons, yielding 6570z. 15dwt. bullion, value £2676 Es. lid.: declared from reserve gold, £2000; cyanided 1104 tons, yielding 2090z. ldwl. bullion, valued £687 55.; estimated value h-ulphurcts produced (7 tons), £114; twenty crushing days. Blac.kwater, Ltd.: Crushed 1783 tons, yielding 107757.. 2(1 vrt. bullion, value £4309 19s. 9d.; declared from reserve, £2363; cyanided 861 tons, yielding 2350z. sd,vt. bullion, value £639 25.; estimated value of sulphurate produced (27 tons), £431; nine crushing days. AUSTRALIAN MINES. Ry Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyiishl Melbourne, January 5. The Mount Lycll mine returns from December 11 to December. 27, inclusive, show that 5502 toni of ore was treated; also 27 ton.-* of purchased ore. Brisbane, January 5. During December the Mount Korean gold reduction works treated 6C>l9 tons of ore, producing 3GSO ounces of gold. The copper \vovl:*J produced 522 tons of blister copper, containing 517 ions of copper and 6382 ounces oJT gold. The total value of the output was £68,064.
