Replying to a deputation of railway worker voicing a number of complaints against the Railway Commissioner, Mr. Dacey said Parliament had put tho Commissioner in a position to snap his fingers at tho Government. He was lired of receiving deputations onncerning him. In this democratic country the people should bo supreme, but they were not. If it was in the Government's power the present state of, affairs would bo altered. .
