SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for warm and hazy weather, increasing claudiness, and a change following in about 48 hours. The winds will change to northerly and increase, with a • falling barometer ■ everywhere. Fair weather has prevailed, and warmer to-day, but unsettled conditions have persisted about Foveaux .Strait. The barometer rose slowly in the night, and has recorded little movement to-day.
