The Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company' has subscribed .£SOO to the fund for the relief of tho relatives of those- of the crew of tho French cruiser Friant who lost their lives when gallantly rescuing the passengers of the company's steamer Delhi, wrecked on December 12 last, at Cape Spartol, on the west coast of Morocco.
