HOSPITAL SUBSCRIPTIONS.

Many subscribers to the hospitals who are now paying under the Insurance Act notify that they intend to discontinue the payment of further subscriptions. In consequence, a special meeting of hospital officials has been summoned. Some people suggest that tho hospitals should refuse all except urgent cases sent by doctors working under the insurance scheme. ''
