Tresent indications arc tor moderate to strong northerly and westerly winds and a falling barometer everywhere, but a ri=c will probably take place in about 16 hours, when the wind will change to tho southward and freshen, with colder weather. In tho meantime cloudy, misty, and unsettled weather may be expected, with rain iu most parts of the country. Conditions, at present, arc particularly favourable for electrical disturbances. Barometric pressure has decreased everywhere to-day, and freshening northerly and wostcrly winds have predominated.
