One niul ii h'llf ounces Carolina rico (well washed), 2oz. grated chocolate, loz. butter, J pint milk, 1 egg (yolk anil whito separated). Put tlii! milk aiul rico in a slcwpaii, ami let them simmer until tlio rice is tender.; add the grated chocolate, aud allow it to dissolve; tako lliu stowpan off tlio tire, add iho yolk of egg and stiffly whisked while of eg;, , , and pour tho mixture into ii well-buttered piedish; put llio remainder of the butler in small pieces on tho top, drcdgi! with castor sngar, and bako in a moderate oven about twenty minuted.
