The President, Mr. Taft, has altered the Panama Canal Board of Health regulations in order to permit of mental healing or the practice of religions utilising such healing, provided that the sanitary laws and other health regulations at present prevailing in the canal zone arc adhered to. Tho arrangement is the result of persistent agitation by tho Christian Scientists.
