I lie trains leaving Auckland on Saturday last carried ovor 5000 persons, the .exact numbor of tickets issued bein» 2887, and l<oo were issued on Friday. On Sumlav b/0 passengers booked at Auckland, and on Monday 860. The ordinary express leaving Auckland on Tuesday night carried 210 persons, and tho extra express 100 persons.
