SUMMARY AND FORECAST.

Present indications aro for unsettled and cloudy weather, with rain, in all parts of the country. Strong northerly winds aro probable generally, and a fallins barometer evorywhero tor a low pressure area likely to pars in the south during the next 36 to 18 hours. Warm and cloudy weather, changed to Tain and boisterous conditions on Sunday, with lowest pressure in the south. On Monday evening tho glass rose fast, with strong southerly windi asd heavy showers, but Tuesday improved as the day advanced. Gloomy weather is again reported overywhere this afternoon. D. C.
