. e—. — (Before Mr. W. G. Riddell, S.M.) A visitor from tho Main Trunk, Luke Kelso, was convicted and discharged for insobriety, and on a charge of having used certain language on the Paekakariki railway station he was convicted and fined i's, with the alternative of 11 days' imprisonment. Albert Neilson was remanded until January 3 on a charge of having committed theft of clothing, table linen, potatoes, and other vegetables, valued at dt'3, the property of Alice Hall. One first olfeuder for drunkenness failed to appear, and was fined 10s.
