»—- ARBITRATION BILL THROWN OUT. Bj Telenraph-Prees Araociation-Oopyisht Perth, December 24. The State Parliamentary session has closed. Tho Assembly declined to accept tho Legislative Council's amendments to the Arbitration Bill. Tho Council stood firm and the Bill was thrown out. The Attorney-General declared that the Council, having declined to accept a tribunal of peace, must bear the. responsibility for any industrial upheaval thai might arise.
