Interviewed this morning in regard to the allegation of (he exercise locally of the Catholic vote on behalf of Ministerial candidates, Father Coffey gave it an absolute and unqualified denial. In respect to tho allegation concerning the election of the Hon. Mr. Millar, ho said that not a single elector belonging to his church had been seen on belialf of the Minister by any priest or official of the church. He pointed out that when ho referred in tho church to the genoral clectiou he strongly advised all the electors to vote for inch whom they believed to bo tho best to represent tho country. Not a, single candidate's name was mentioned in any of (heir churches.
