PASSENGERS HAVING RESERVED SEATS ON TRAINS LEAVING WELLINGTON MUST OCCUPY SAME NOT LESS THAN 7 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE TIME OF TRAIN. SEATS WILL NOT BE KEPT AFTER THAT TIME. NOTE.—See restrictions to Express and Mail (rains shown bolow. From 21st December to 3rd January inclusive (except' Sundays), Relief Mail trains, making, same stops ns tho Ordinary Mail trains, will run between Wellington (Tlinrndon) and Wanganui, and Palmerston North nnd Napier.
