YOUNG MAN SENT TO GAOL. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright . London, December 18. The name of the young man who assaulted Mr. Lloyd-George, Chancellor of tho Exchequer, after the recent woman suffrage meotinff, is Allan M'Dougall. He is eighteen years old, and is a member of the Women's Social and Political Union. Tho Chancellor'appeared in Court with a blackened eye, and gavo evidence. At his request the magistrate reduced tho charge to one of common assault. M'Dougall was seutcuced to two months' imprisonment.
