4 : . FIRMLY STRANDED. By Telegraoh-Pross Asaooiation-Oopyii-jhl Tangier, December 18. Rear-Admiral Cradock reports to tho Admiralty that the weather is'very good, but that tho P. and O. liner Delhi is firmly stranded. Sho is silting up rapidly, but is suffering little injury.
