PARLIAMENT PROROGUED.
THE SPEECH FROM THE THRONE. By Telecratili—Press Association—Copj-rUht (Rec. December 18, 1 a.m.) London,- December 17. Parliament has been prorogued by commission. Tho Speech from the Throne testified to tho friendly nature of Britain's foreign relations, and tho happy conclusion of the Moroccan agreement. It also states that tho Imperial Conference witnessed to tho harmony between the Motherland and tho overseas Dominions, and trusts that tho Empire Trade Commission will ensure greater prosperity, and promote mutual intercourse.
