MURDER TRIAL.
JUROR BECOMES INSANE. D* TelccraDh—Press Association—Copyright New York, December 15. The second trial of Dr. Bennett Clark Hyde for tlio murder of Colonel Thomas Swope by poisoning ended in a mistrial. A juror escaped, and when captured was found to be insane. The jury were th«n discharged. The case has excited tremendous interest, Hydo being the medical attendant of Colonel ■ Swopo.
