Baked custard. Cream. SUPPER. Galantine of beef. Salad. Cinnamon croain roll. CINNAMON CREAM ROLL. Pour ounces castor sugar, 3ozs. flour, liozs. butter (molted), 1 teaspoonful ground cinnamon, i eggs, cinnamon cream, J pint custard. Sift tho flour and ground cinnamon on to a piece of paper; put the eggs into a basin and whisk for 5 minutes; add tho castor sugar, and whisk again for 5 minutes. Put tho basin over a saucepan of boiling water,' and whisk for 10 minutes; stir in lightly tho flour, ground cinnamon, and melted butter. Pour tho mixture on to a. baking sheet lined with greased papor, and bako in a quick oven over 7 minutes. Turn tho cake.
