IRISH INTERRUPTERS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright New York, December 13. Great disorder marked a meeting in favour of international arbitration hold in tho Carnegio Hall. Tho police were called in, and thero wore many ejections. The disturbance was due to Irish interruptors, who wcro anxious to prevent Anglo-American arbitration.
