PRIZE-GIVING.

ST. MARY'S CONVENT. The breaking-up of St. Mary's Convent High School, in Hill Street, took place last evening, a large gathering of friends aud relatives b;ing present. The ceremony took tho form of an entertainment, which was greatly enjoyed by everyone, the programmo consisting •of a French play entitled "La Belle An Bois Dormant," in which tho following took part: Lo Roi, Miss Veronica Flanagan; La Reine, Miss Dorothy Trolove; Le I'rinco Channnnt, Miss Mildred Trolove; La l'rinoosse Aubepine. Tho second part of tho programme was entirely musical, and was contributed to by tho Misses M'Enroe, Jean Mathieson, .Rosie Segricf, Girlie Gibbs, Agnes Segriof, Dolan and Chamberlain (duet), and M'Enroe and Segrief (duet). The Misses Scott Coulter. D'ealy, and Bevan performed the opening number of the programme with a duet on two pianos. His Grace Archbishop Redwood awarded the prizes.
