"Enquirer," Carterton.—Under the new regulations, it will in the future be necessary for an inspector under the Public Health Act to hold one of ssveral certificates, the chief of which ■ is that of the ifoyal .Sanitary Institute, of London. Examinations for that certificate are now being held biennially in tho four centres of the Dominion. The Auckland examination has just been held, there is one in Chrislchurch next week, but not another examination in Wellington until June next.
