Tho Minister for I'inanco has sold .£200,000 worth of Palnco treasures to foreign banks. Tho seals on tho boxos show that they had been unopened sineo tho 'seventies. It is believed that the treasure totals over ,£9,000,000, a sum which would bo sufficient to pay China's foreign obligations for several years. Despite tho armistice the Imperialist troops are concentrating in Shaasi and fighting has commenced. Troop trains are leaving Shen-kia-kdiwan half-hourly.
The rebels hold three passes which are regarded as impregnable.
REVOLUTIONARIES HANGED. MOKE IMPERIALIST SUCCESSES. . Peking, December 10. General Change, commander of the Imperial troops, captured and hanged ono hundred revolutionaries at Pengku. Tho Imperialists have recaptured Ta-tung-fu, 170 miles west of Peking, from which place tho revolutionaries fied to Tai-yuan-fu.
