ACCUSATIONS IN PARLIAMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrlcht Brussels, December 10. M. Royer, a Deputy, speaking in. Parliament, alleged that tho late King Leopold with tho aid of officials' signatures to false documents, received =£1,200,000 of money from tho Congo Estate. M. Itenkin, Minister for tho Colonics, replied that the Congo State had justified such advances, but new facts revealed after tho King's death had enabled the Stato Treasury to receive what was due to it.
