. 9— ' SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications arc. for warm and humid conditions in the north and changeable and showery weather in the south; increasing haze and cloudiness will probably precede general rainfall. Strong westerly winds will probably prevail, with a. falling barometer everywhere. ■Westerly winds have predominated, strong to gale in parts, with showery and changeable weather. The barometer has been below normal and very unsteady everywhere.
