EXCESSES IN TUKKET. By felecrapli—Press Association—GoDyrieh* Sofia, December 8. One hundred and seventy-four Bulgarians wore killed at Istib, in European Turkey. The outbreak amounted to a massacre. Bulgaria has called the Porto's attention to the dangers of such excesses.
