Tho Ordinary Down Auckland-Wellington Express train will not take up passengers at aiif stopping station between Mercer and Palmerstoi'i ■ North, both inclusive, except for stations between Waipuknrau and Napier. Other passengers from these stations must travel by the AucklandWellington Down Extra Express train.
