(Specially written for Tub DouiNlOßj MONDAY. Grilled Chop?. Tomato Sauce. I'otatoe3. Broau beans. Mnrmaladb Custard Pudding. MARMALADE CUSTARD PUDDING. One teacupful fine breadcrumbs, U cups milk, 1 tablespo'onful sugar, 2 eggs. "2 teaspoonfuls butter, 1 touciipiul nitirmaladc. Boat tho butter nml sugnr together, odd tho yolks (well beaten), tho milk and breadcrumbs, and lastly the whites of tho eggs beaten to n froth. Put a layer of this in a well-buttered dish, spread with marmalade, then another laver of the mixture, and so on until- the dish is full, taking care to have the custard mixture at tho top. Buke in a moderate oven about thi'ee-qunrter.s of an hour. . FOR TO-MORROW. Neck of Mutton. Greet Peas. Cocoa. Creum.
