Mr. Allison, of tho "Sportsman," appealed against Mr. Justice Scrutton's order setting aside a wit served on tho Independent Press Association for libel published in cables appearing in tho bydnev Sun" on May 30. Tho appeal was dismissed,- on tho ground that the defendant was outside the Court's jurisdiction, and that the proper person had not been served.
