A company has bean formed to take over assets and liabilities of tho Hud-dart-Parker Company Proprietary, Limited, entitled "Huddart-Parkcr, Limited." Tho authorised capital is .£1,500,000, comprising .£750,000 each cumulativo six per centum preference and. ordinary shares of a pound each. Tho first issue of £500,000 of each denomination of which .0375,000 each will bo taken up by tho vendor company in payment for the properties transferred is to bo made.
Tho reasons for creating tho new organisation are that business and individual interests have outgrown tho roopo of a proprietary concern and expanding trade calls for additional -rebels.
It is the intention of tho directors to order one or two new steamers early next year.
