.STATUS 'OF DOMINIONS. By Telegraph-Press Associatlon-CopyrleM London, December 7. . In the report stages of the Naval Prize Bill, Mr. L. Atherley-Jones, Liberal member for North-West Durham, moved to omit Clause 28.
Mr. Basil Peto, Conservative member for Wilts, commented on the fact that Hayti and San Domingo -will be represented in the International Conrt, while Australia and New Zealand are not deemed worthy. The clauso was an insult to the Dominions.
